About Me

I’m Chandni Nihalani, an Executive Leadership Coach and a confidential thinking partner to CEOs, CXOs and senior leaders.

At the highest levels of leadership, you don't need another person telling you what to do.

You need someone who can challenge your thinking, sharpen your judgment, surface blind spots and give you the space to think through the decisions that are difficult to make alone.

That is the role I play.

I work with leaders navigating moments where the stakes are high — critical decisions, leadership transitions, difficult conversations, organizational complexity, demanding stakeholders and the challenge of building a team that can perform without everything depending on you.

I help leaders:

Make better decisions under pressure Think through trade-offs, uncertainty and high-stakes decisions with greater clarity and conviction.

Build leaders who can scale with you Move from being the person everyone depends on to building a leadership team that takes ownership, performs and grows.

Lead beyond your function Shift from functional expertise to enterprise-level thinking, influence and leadership.

Have the conversations that matter Address conflict, underperformance, alignment and difficult people issues directly and constructively.

Lead with greater Executive Presence and Influence Communicate with the clarity, confidence and authority expected at the highest levels.

Navigate the weight of leadership Have a trusted, confidential space to step back, think clearly and work through what you can't always discuss with your team, board or peers.

My perspective comes from having been in the seat.

I spent 20 years in corporate leadership, including senior leadership roles at PayPal across Product, Marketing, Operations and Sales. I led PayPal's India commercial business, worked across global markets including Southeast Asia, Middle East & Africa and the US, and was involved in shaping growth strategy and building high-performing teams.

I’ve experienced the pressure, ambiguity and complexity that comes with leading businesses and people at scale.

Today, I bring that experience into the coaching room — not to give leaders a playbook, but to help them think more clearly, lead more deliberately and create greater impact.

Because the higher you lead, the more valuable it becomes to have someone who can tell you what you need to hear — not what you want to hear.

Why I Became a Coach

I became a coach because I know how lonely leadership can become as you move higher.

Over two decades in corporate leadership, I’ve experienced the complexity of making high-stakes decisions, navigating ambiguity, building teams and stepping into roles without a playbook. I was fortunate to have exceptional leaders who challenged my thinking and helped me navigate pivotal moments in my career.

That experience shaped how I coach today.

I provide leaders with a confidential space to think, challenge assumptions, work through difficult decisions and see what they may not be seeing themselves.

I don’t believe leaders need coaching because something is wrong. The best leaders use coaching because the complexity of their role has outgrown the value of thinking through everything alone.

My goal is to help leaders think better, lead better and create greater impact — through the decisions they make and the leaders they create.
