What's the coaching process and why do I need to work with a certified leadership coach?
Coaching is a structured process where a certified leadership coach empowers you to create self awareness, maximize your chances of success and reach your full potential. My style of work is to be a “coach + advisor” where I help you customize your own solutions and also provide practical advise on leadership based on my professional career spanning over 17 years.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often looks deep into the past behavior patterns and re-defining negative belief patterns that may hold you back.
Coaching, on the other hand, is more present and future (long term) focused. As a coach, I help you visualize the “Art of possible”, co-create actionable steps to fulfill your dreams and keep you accountable on that journey.
What is your coaching process?
I help emerging (next-gen) leaders and ambitious individual contributors who want to grow into leadership roles. My clients are usually corporate professionals in their 30s, spread across India, Dubai and US.
I start by asking you some powerful questions, so you can introspect and self-discover where you are at. I then layer in exercises to help you identify your strengths, eliminate fear of taking action, build your personal brand, and work on your challenges to reach your identified goals.
How many sessions will I need and what are your charges?
We start with a 30 min discovery call, where we get to know each other and identify if I can help you meet your goals.. I share my pricing plans at the end of our call. My program structure is usually 8 sessions over 4 months (we meet once in 2 weeks), but can be customized per your needs. If you are looking to solve a “one time” issue, you can also opt for a single 90 min strategy session.
